THERMOGRAVIMETRY

Almost all Linseis instruments for thermogravimetry (TGA) are top loading, and offer a highly user-friendly design with a maximum sensitive measurement system. The specially designed furnaces allow fast heating and cooling rates as well as a highly precise temperature control in a temperature range from -150°C up to 2400°C.

Most of the systems can be optionally equipped with a coupling device for EGA (Evolved Gas Analysis). The instruments are highly suitable for thermal composition, thermal stability and oxidation studies.

The LINSEIS Thermobalances (TGA) operate in agreement with national and international standards such as:

  • ASTM E 914
  • ASTM E 1131
  • ASTM E 1868
  • DIN 51006
  • ISO 7111
  • ISO 11358
Simultaneous Thermogravimetry and Differential Scanning Calorimetry (TG – DSC) – High Pressure ability

Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer – (TGA-DSC)Thermogravimetric Analyzer TGA + Differential Scanning Calorimeter DSC

The LINSEIS Simultaneous Thermal Analyzer can be used to determine simultaneous changes of mass (TG) and caloric reactions (DSC) of a sample in the temperature range from –150°C up to 2400°C. The unique characteristics of this product are highest precision, highest resolution and long term drift stability.

The STA Series was especially developed to meet the challenging demands of the high temperature as well as low temperature applications. To cover this broad range, several specifically designed furnace types are available.

Furthermore MS (Mass Spectrometer) and FTIR Spectrometer couplings can be added to receive unique additional information. Due to its superior performance, user friendliness and modularity, the Linseis Simultaneous Thermal Analysis devices are an indispensable tool for every thermo analytical user.

Different microbalances are specifically designed to accomplish thermal analysis tasks in the best possible way. Providing ultra light weight design to follow fast weight changes and symmetric construction for ultra low drift long term measurements.
