Izon Science, New Zealand brings this revolutionary technology called TRPS or Tunable Resistive Pulse Sensing. This acronym translates to a setup with a size-adjustable or tunable Nanopore across which when a voltage (and pressure) is applied using an electrolyte, momentary resistance in the baseline current occurs with each passing particle. The height and width of resistances in the baseline current across the tunable Nanopore is directly proportional to the size of individual particle and the surface charge.

This technology allows you to use a single, reusable Nanopore to measure Size, Concentration and Zeta Potential of all the particles in your sample thereby greatly reducing analysis time. In addition, the software is uber simple. Reports are detailed and comprehendible.

One can also avail the optional CFR 21 Part 11 compliant software that can implement digital signatures.

SPECIFICATIONS

  • Applications supported- Size, concentration and zeta potential of exosomes, micro particles, whole blood cells, platelets, liposomes, nano/microbubbles, polymeric drug delivery, particles for immunodetection, viruses, vaccines, bacteria and other nanoparticles within the size range supported.
